Need help with body rot repair!

I have some rot on my passenger side, that I need to attend to. I never did any type of body repair so I need help on materials, and how to go about repairing. The rear panel that holds up the running board is rotting away.

The first pic looks like it body rust by the running board. Not sure what the other pics were. Were they pics of the frame? If so, you need to find a good welder.

wow...at this point i would cut out the rocker pannel . n weld a new one in....LMC truck might even sell replacements but dont quote me. just up to u to find a buudy who can weld or take it someplace n have them do it
