need some (suspension lift) help

hi, i have a 1997 ford ranger 4x4 with a 4in rough country suspension lift and 3 in body spacers. I have noticed recently that a drop bracket in the front is slamming into the top of my front diff housing, causing it to gouge. I have had it welded and installed much larger bump stops, but i dont think its fixed the problem as i just went offroading and noticed yet another dent forming. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That would be because your lift came with a drop bracket for the factory mount instead of a whole new bracket.

Grind down the corner of the passenger side beam bracket that is punching the hole. Easy as that.
