One of my customers wants to trade Pool work for his 02 sport trac with 220k miles guides need to be done
the right timing tensioner was put on super tight it won't budge, can it be removed with an impact or ??.

Sure it can be
Do not install one with an impact but to remove one I do not see why not

You just do not want to marr up the mounting surface where the oil seal makes contact w the head. So take care to keep a firm grip on impact
