lol, it's not purple it's black. I just have a crappy camera! I may get a new one just for Americruise though (happening this weekend!! YAY!)

I don't see running boards, u mean the rocker panels? The rockerpanels are the one of the most common spots on the explorers for rust : you could just sand the rust down if its just surface probably sand it off and put a coat of paint on it and no one would know unless they closely looked at it Ya gotts nice stang too. So far all the pics you've posted look great including the one of yourself

I don't see running boards, u mean the rocker panels? The rockerpanels are the one of the most common spots on the explorers for rust : you could just sand the rust down if its just surface probably sand it off and put a coat of paint on it and no one would know unless they closely looked at it Ya gotts nice stang too. So far all the pics you've posted look great including the one of yourself

Unfortunately the rocker panels always rust from the inside out.

Well my 94 sport that i had before the 92 i have now, the rockers started having surface rust on them they were fine underneath

Wow that's a rarity with the Explorers. It'd be great if they all did that.

YEAHHH!! That's it! rocker panels.. I was trying to figure out what I meant, because I knew running boards didn't sound right. I'm sorta a doooosh
