Took my fab guy only a couple hours. The winch plate is a modified Trail Gear universal mount unit. He took off the front bumper, cut the front of the frame ends at a angle and plated them kind of like a skid. He then welded some plating to the frame and mount and ta-da! Custom winch mount. This should do, no?

that will do but id like to have some kind of headlight protection with just that

I plan on building a tube bumper from the winch mount. I just wanted to get the winch mounted. Do to the limited amount of time I have to fab a bumper, I knew I would not have it done in time before my next trip. I will start on the bumper soon, hopefully.

Just installed the riddler diff cover. Looks good and went on without a hitch.
