2018 Explorer limited
Hi all. So I recently purchased a 2018 explorer limited. Ever since I’ve hD it. I’ve been hearing this almost clicking type noise in my backseat. It almost sounds like two plastic pieces jostling together over a small bump. When I stop. When I go. When I turn I head this noise. I’ve narrowed it down the the drivers side. I thought it was the back lining of the seat. Tried to mimic the sound with it and it didn’t work. I’m at a stand still now and it’s driving me crazy. Any ideas? Thank you!

Have you checked the seatbelts? Sometimes they will hit the side of the interior depending upon how they retracted.

Thanks peter! Yeah I’ve even buckled them and driven and still the same level of noise

Have you tried first folding the 2nd row to see if the noise is still there and then the 3rd row? Process of elimination.;)
