oil change at 195 000km std to synthetic?

i want to know if i change the kind of oil in my engine that will affect the consumption . valvoline 5w30 to syntec 5w30 do you think that will be good or bad?

I don't see why not. Use your specified viscosity and you should be fine. Consumption? You should not be burning oil. If so switching to syn wont help, you will just be burning syn. You might want to up the viscosity rating a bit to see if it helps you not burn oil.
