Performance of everyone's Explorer

Hey guys, I'm new to this thread, but I was thinking of making a notebook or record of everyone's performance records. And when I'm done I'll email it to everyone. Just email me with your performance data (0-60 times, 1/4 times, etc.) and your current mods on the application. If you want a copy of this (I'll send after I hit about 50-60 Explorers), then just attach your email along with your data. I'm looking forward to putting this together so just let me know guys. Well,
Until I do my 5.0 and AOD conversion, I cant tell you and wont attempt to. That is because I have never DARED to!!! I figure if I pound the gas pedal to get my heavy old X moving fast, I will watch my A4LD Transmission disinegrate in to a million pieces in front of me!!! I look in the rearview mirror and see my torque converter cracked open lying in the middle of the road.......

dropped exhaust after 1st 2 cats 16.6@almost 83mph
now i have a 75mm bullet mass air, hypertech power programmer, 1.7 roller rockers..still left to do..180 thermostat, gutted front cats(christmas break!), headers if i can find them and 4.10s front and rear..looking for low 15s on the motor and high 13s on a 100 shot. race weight w/o me in it is 4300#s

1/4 mile in 16.374 @ 83.24 MPH with 50K miles on my then stock 4x4 Sport. ET was ran in Phoenix during March, 2000. Temperature was low 70s.

oh, yeah if you want to get technical, it was at an 1/8 mile dragstrip, in texas, freaking hot. I had on a set of 94 Cobra wheels with very worn 255/50 17's so I assume that lowered my gear ratio, time would've been better with a limited slip diff.
