Howdie.....New Member here....
I have a 91 4w/d aerostar with the 4.0/Auto....Starter went out and had to pull the drive line out to get room to remove the starter.
The Front Driveline Slip Joint Boot, between the T-Case and Driveshaft was
broken. The Dealer told me the part is Obsoliete...and the last one sold
6-19-09 from a Ford Dealer....I have looked everywhere....even Spicer, who's name is on the Boot..Spicer # 232016, Ford Pt # F09Z-4421A.
Any help is Gladly Welcome........Thanks

What color is the interior panel? All of my vans have a gray interior. The top plastic trim is cracked on the door.

I am looking for a gray passenger side front door panel for 97 Aerostar, it has a patch of carpet midway down and a storage bag at the bottom of the door. The door pull has come out of the door and I don't see a way to repair it so I think I need to replace the entire interior door panel, but if anyone has dealt with this before I'm open to other ideas. I have electric windows and power door locks in case that matters. Thank you for any help you can give me in finding this item!

Welcome to this forum! I had the problem with the door pull on a couple of my vans. You have several options. The first one is to take the panel off, and see if you could add a washer behind some of the screws. A spiral aluminum anchor could be used in the metal stand off on the door if the hole is stripped. If the panel really bad, then a large washer (1 1/2" - 2" diameter) could be used behind the screw holding the upper part of the panel near the grab handle. If your panel is split on the other edge, then sheet metal screws could go through the panel, and into the metal door around the split area.

My hood on my 95 AeroStar blew up again. This time it broke the spindle that holds the windshield wiper arm and goes through the cowl.
