First post!!
Lift gate is only opening about 75%, just enough to hit my head, LOL.
Tried adjusting the height using the button, I hear the BEEP telling me it took the programing but its still not changing the height.
Ideas?

Welcome to the Forum Bobby.
Earlier models had a Liftgate Reset procedure but I don't see that in the 2018 Manual. I don't know if it could be the liftgate motor or not. Usually if it is, the 'gate' wouldn't open. I believe that if it encountered any kind of binding when opening, it would sound a tone. I'm guessing this isn't happening.
Here is the procedure from the 2014 Manual.
Resetting the Power Liftgate
The liftgate may not operate properly and you may need to reset it if any
of these conditions occur:
• A low voltage or dead battery
• A disconnected battery
• You manually close the liftgate and leave it ajar (unlatched)
To reset the power liftgate:
1. Disconnect the battery for 20 seconds then, reconnect the battery.
2. Manually close and fully latch the liftgate.
3. Power open the liftgate by using the transmitter or the instrument
panel control button.

I don't know if you want to go through that or not. Disconnect the negative battery cable would probably result in the loss of saved memory settings. If you can't get it fixed, perhaps this would help.
