Man are you ever a bad influence You keep posting stuff like that and you'll make me ignore all those PMs I sent you about keeping mine a sleeper. I can't wait to see the Great Pumpkin in five weeks
Evolution man From a grocery getter to a predator. Looking great Rick. Can't wait to go down there and hit the trails with you and the Hammer man Soon.
Rick,
What weekend? The 4th and 5th or the 11th and 12th?
I should be in. My truck is still messed up. Check out the latest under the "Whoops" Section, the "Boom" Thread.
If I cant take the EX I will grab some friends and ride with them.
BTW, The truck is looking awesome! That is the same setup I want.
More photos from today. They were flexing with the fork lift to see where the bumpstops needed to be set. I measured while it was up there and it lifted the front tire 46" which would work out to 1201 on a 20 degree ramp or 988 on the 24 degree ramp.
I'm having them leave the coil buckets as they are so I can pop a regular coil spring and shock in place just in case I happen to break a coil over somehow. That way at least I could get it home.
Hey Rick, very impressive. But I gotta ask. These guys who do your work, are they impressed? Or do they still think starting with a grocery getter is a lot of extra work? Do they give you a hard time? I use pictures of you truck all the time to defend the X.
