On a 2010 Explorer 4.0 the EGR vacuum lines are red and black. Are both lines suppose to be open (no blockage) going from intake manifold to the egr valve? I can blow and apply suction through the red line but not the black line. Both lines are disconnected from egr and intake manifold but are still on the truck when this is done. Does the black line have a check valve inline on it?
