Question on lifts

i revoke the 4.10 statement..what gears would be good for me?..i got a 92 xlt 4dr and i got 2inch suspension lift all around..with 31 1050s on some 15in cragar wheels

its a daily..hense the smaller lift and wutnot..some highway mostly backroads..mild wheelin..nothin to bad..i got a 84 cj for that..

well looked like people were sayin the 3.27s n some others werent good for 31 on it..what should i go with?

I have 31"s with 3.73 gears. It's not too bad. According to 4-wheeler magazine 3.73:1 gears is what is reccommended for 31" tires. I'd actually like 4.10's now, but I'm gettin 33"s here soon so I'll be swapping in 4.56 gears anyways. It depends on what your doing with it. Do you have an auto or manual?

auto..so wut gears you think..i do a mixture of a city and some highway and a lotta country roads..i'd like some good amount of torque and enough to get me outta lil problems wheelin..i def. dont wheel too hardcore in it at all..most roads im on are either 35mph or 55mph..i got 31 muds..and im wondering what the best setup in gears would be for gas mileage, the above mentioned, and i gues multipurpose gearing for my 31s on my sploder..

hey im looking to lift my explorer but im not having any luck finding one for my 99 explorer i was looking for a 2.5 or 3 inch lift i dont want bigger tires just looking for a little more clearence
anyone know where i can find one?
