I know some of the 4runners and other toyotas have Plastic lower intake manifolds that look like the one on my mountaineer.

But I DOUBT anything would fit.

I decided im going to go get a second opinion from someone who works on cars as a side job he use to work for Ford and Audi cause i personally think that this repair shop is trying to make a quick buck off me if the engine i have can be fixed im going to do that if not im going with a direct swap from a salvage yard

Without making an adapter to adapt the tranny to the engine you'd be screwed unless you plan on swapping the entire driveline.
