hey does anyone know how to move this to the registry thread i cant figure it out sorry guys but any help would be appreciated

i'm trying to get my mom to lift her 02 sport. her rear leafs are flat and her truck looks rediculous and my dad is too lazy to get 4 door leafs from a junk yard. your truck looks good. i might just show her some pictures of yours and convince her to do at least shackles/tt and 31's. sports look real beefy lifted. i like it. i cant beleive ppl (not doubting you at all) call ur explorer a jeep. jeeps are like boxes on wheels and sports are rounded and flow real nice. people are stupid. Real nice truck man. the sport looks great.

hey man i dunno about your moms but i had 4 door leafs from the factory already on here only the old sports had mono leafs she must have gotten something wrong take it back haha... but what yall think about a receiver hitch in the back how am i suppose to get it tucked up with a 3in bl? i think i might take it to a trailer and bedliner place and see if they can rig sumthing up for me i dunno... any ideas?

Do a bit of cutting and welding with the mounts for the hitch (if you know how) and you'll be able to move it up to where you want it. Or you could always just build/have built a new rear bumper.

Eric, how much trimming did you have to do?

hey guys i didnt have to trim a darn thing ... but i cant turn the wheel all the way and if i turn and its on like a slope i think im either rubbing the swaybar if anything or maybe the front plastic not really sure. there isnt and real marks except on the sway bars that show rubbing... but i also went with a 12.5 wide tire. but so far for like road driving and some mudding and stuff no problems with rubbing thats why its a new sport... BIG WHEEL WELLS

A friend of mine who owns a TJ on 33s has a brother that just turned 16 and his parents got him an 01 Sport. I was telling him about how I saw a really cool one with the setup he wanted to run on 33s (yours). Finally more people are lifting the new sports! Hopefully he'll be lifted within the next few weeks, and we can test out the new lift.

hey guys i was looking under the car today and noticed that the tow hooks that came on the car stock were bolted onto a plate that was welded onto the side of the frame. how safe would this be to mount new hooks to that welded plate?

just bolt the hooks directly to the frame if you can. my dads 03 F250 has similar looking tow loops as my moms 02 sport, and my dads truck has pulled my truck out of the mud b4. but it wasnt a very strenuous pull by any means. more of a tug than a pull, but they didnt bend or anything, so i'm assuming they hold up well, but we all know what happens when you assume something.

well thats the thing i got fog lights like right there in the way if i har a strap going to the frame. i guess i could always move the fog lights but i dunno i guess i will have too

well i dont know anything about the stock tow loops. i havent taken a close look at em. but i'm sure that they can hold your vehicle. i know the chevy hooks are functional, so i duno why ford wouldnt make theirs functional. but i dont know. someone else on here would probly know if you can get away with just using stock tow loops. and then you might not need to use another set of hooks.

o im not worried about th stock loops its just i cant put them back on haha. they dont fit with the body lift. they would come out of the middle of the bumper so thats why i need new ones i wish i could reuse those for sumthing but i dont think they would look good on the back?
