So from my understanding this is a Rancho shock absorber with coil and a built in adjustable coil spacer. So as opposed to buying after market struts and coil spacers you just buy these? I assume there a bolt on replacement???

Can anyone please confirm the quality of this assembly and if it is a bolt on replacement for the stock front and rear suspension systems? and if this is increased lift (as if a coil spacer was installed)
