Rebuilt 5R55E

I have a 98 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer with 180000 miles and V6. I had the transmission rebuilt here in town and after they finished, they test drove it. They called me and said that it wouldn't get out of the parking lot and they determined that the transfer case was bad. I bought a 4405 from a junk yard and got my Explorer back last Thursday. Today, I backed out of the driveway and down to the end of the street. After stopping at the stop sign, It wouldn't go anywhere again. I also have the front driveshaft removed. Should I rebuild the transfer case? Is it possibly something else? Any help would be much appreciated.

If it will hold in park it not the transfer case, check the transmission fluid level running in park on level ground. If it is full and still wont move and holds park its a transmission problem.
