Removing Rear Hatch Panel

I recently put a pretty nice sound system in my explorer with 3 12' subs in the back. I have sound dampener to put under the interior panel of the very back hatch door, but I cant figure out how to take the panel off. The other doors simply have the white little plastic xmas tree screws that hold the panel on but the back in differant. Anyone know how?

there is a small screw near the rear glass latch,2 in the pull handle, other than that it has expansion fasteners, just pops off. Start at top, as along the bottom are some L shaped rests molded into trim peice,these must slide up then out.

Alright thanks, I got it off this morning. Those L shaped rests are what really threw me off.
