replace bumper 97 Mountaineer

Will a 98 Mountaineer Front bumber go on my 97?? I currently have nothing below the headlights. so looking to pull it off a 98 but i want to make sure it will bolt on.

From what I have been told the 98 and on year changed the style on the mountaineers to different it from the explorer form the first year in 1997. It was just the explorer rebranded for the most part. Certain body parts as far as trim and headlight style changed, That I can say for sure. As far as the bolts and brackets themselves I can't say for sure.

It will bolt right up, I have a 98 on mine for now, but I want the 99-02 bumper so I can have the newer style fog lights.
