No, but i definetly heard it up on the hill! God did that thing sound mean!

I was down there when the guy was doing his final dyno run. He got just over 300 rear wheel hp. He was grumbling about "something was f***ed up in the drivetrain that was keeping his #'s down"!

I dunno what that guy is talking about... that car was practically jumping off the dyno everytime he floored it, i could'nt tell but it looked like he might have been spinning his tires.

The rear passengers side wheel had a problem. It was wobbling bad and hopping causing him to lose traction. He said it runs 12 in the 1/4 mile which would take about 600 or 700 HP.

it was crazy seeing that wheel move around like it did, wouldn't be supprised if that was part of his problem

Hey Matt, did you get around to checking the fluid in your axles and tranny yet??? I had to drain my front axle. I think I got water in it down in 101.

Jeff, my breathers all go into my cab, so I'm 100% sure they're bone dry because my interior was bone dry.

matt, check them, that's what I thought, and the water must have gotten in around where my breathers go into the axles and case. Check it, or else you'll end up with the t-case problem like me, and your rear diff will end up with rusty gears, trust me, been there, done that

Matt, I know I got some wicked footage of you coming across Spare tire from the front (thanks again for taping that so I could take pics, Lizard). And I have a decent one of your truck almost underwater that I need to have Bri scan....this is not my week for electronics, I tell ya. Somehow managed to break my Aunt's $800 video camera and haven't even gotten to see the tape yet, my $350 Olympus got water in it and won't work right now, I took a whole mess of pictures before I realized I forgot to load up any film, My scanner doesn't work, etc etc... Anybody wanna buy some used explorer parts so i can start an electronics fund?

nooo, not my fender flares!! Finally got a bit of luck and the scanner worked just long enough to let me scan some pics..

This is a pretty bad photochop, but I think it's a good idea of seeingthings from where I was sitting, lol. It's almost a 360 view....
