Reverse Lights - Manual Override?

I took a look up under the drivers side of the dash, and found what looked like 3 different black/pink wires.. maybe they were grey/pink.. How will I know for sure?

At what point would it be best to tie into the existing circuit? If I take a picture of what's under there, would someone be able to circle, or show me on the picture where?

To find out for sure which wire is the reverse light you are gonna have to use a test light and probe the wires to see which switches on/off when put into reverse.

On my 94 I tapped the wire in the wire channel on the drivers side. Since you are gonna be using a relay the best place is probably under the dash or the jack compartment.

Edit: Might try and place it behind the drivers kick panel. Not sure how much room is behind a 2nd gen one but I know behind my 94 there would be just enough room for a relay.
