Hi;
I'm replacing both heads on a 260K mile 97 4.0L OHV XLT. The Ford service manual says the rocker arm bolts are tightened to 32 Nm, then 90 degrees, so they're torque to yield (tty). This seems odd for rocker arm bolts, to me at least.
Are torque-to-yield bolts normal bolts? Can tty bolts be bought anywhere other than dealer?
Thanks
