Has anyone ever seen an Explorer without the OEM Roof Rails?

If so, has anyone installed them?

not 100% sure, but I think I have seen XLS models without the roof rack...
 






Do XL models come with them?
 






I made a custom basket / safari rack for mine because it came without roof rails.
