I have a 2WD with the spindles and SOA. I'm running 33's with 4.10 gears. The acceleration with the 33's and a V6 is just fine. With the stock 3.73 gears it was a bit sluggish, but the 4.10 gears made go like stock. I don't think you'll need 4.56 gears for 33's.
If you go with 35's you will have to trim quite a bit. For the 33's, I had to cut away some from the front fender edges. I later switched to fiberglass fenders which solved that problem. If I went with rear fiberglass I could run 35's wihtout trimming. I'd still have to regear to 4.56 though. I'm going to switch out the stoc rear leafs for some 4 door leaf packs, which will give another inch or two. I'll do a TT to lift the front the same amount (the torsion bars are still factory height).
If you do the spindles and SOA with a body lift, you will probably be able to get some 35's under there pretty easily. I'd do just the suspension lift though, as I don't like body lifts.
