The bed of my truck barely hanging on since i've cut out most of it's structural integrity so some much needed bracing is in order.

no on the flat bed thing,, pleeeeeasssssee,
take a bit of time and brace the box all up with some of the stuff you took out,, would look way better than trying to make a deck look good,, you could even bend the inner fenders out some , and weld or rivet them to the shock hoops,,
