according to this it was a no slip?
could you get. CAD axle and then no power to front?
Interesting, I hadn't seen that. Powertrax only lists the now-discontinued Lock Right on their website. I could probably go down the route of trying to find a CAD axle, but since Powertrax doesn't seem to have any options currently available, I'll probably wait for the Torsen (assuming I don't find a suitable D44 for a SAS first).

It's been a few months, so here are some post-rear locker off-roading pics. I like to wheel early in the morning, so I got a few nice sunrise photos.

Awesome! Sunsets are nice, but sunrises are awesome!

Agreed! Sunrises on the Colorado front range are a lot more dramatic than the sunsets.

Just in case there are folks not yet tired of my gratuitous photos, I did some mild rock crawling today. I failed to grab photos of the tough stuff I did, just the easy stuff at the beginning during the sunrise, but I was impressed that it managed some 12-14" rock shelves and boulders surprisingly well for only being on 31" tires and an open front diff.

Never grow tired of Sports! Yours is a Beauty!!!

Well, I'm afraid there will be no more shots of my '99 Sport. The other half decided I had too many project vehicles, so the Explorer had to say goodbye. Luckily, it went to a family friend who can appreciate it.

But for every dream thats sbattered another one comes true this car was once a dream of mine now it belongs to you

@Squirrelmaster Some things are worth fighting over, some things aren't. Personally, I don't think I'll ever find a lady worth separating with my Explorer for, but if you tied the knot with the lady before you tied the knot with the Explorer, you know which one has to come first.

I'm sure you won't regret your choice in the long term, but she might regret encouraging it later.

There is one more that just came to our attention recently I think it’s a German brand and it can fit the regular rotation d35 housing and pass axle shaft with a little machine work

It was posted here recently let me see if I can find it. The torsen is made in batches and can be very difficult to get your hands on
I picked one up!
Now if I could only get it installed :p

Just realized I haven't really included many shots of my own 2dr!! Here's a couple I got with my college car club!
