Small problem on a 3rd Gen Bulb install

I just bought some silverstar bulbs but when i tried to install them i couldn't remove the headlights from the truck. The manual said to pry on the two "pins" but i couldn't make them budge in fear that i might snap them. Then i tried to unscrew the two screws that connect into the headlights... i was only able to get one off the other remained stuck.

The main problem is i just don't want to break anything just incase i'm doing it wrong. Any help (pics would be great) would be appreciated.

I think the only way to do it is to take out the pins. When I do it I try to wiggle them side to side a bit to loosen them up. Just make sure you pull up and not out.
