spark plug reccommendation?

i am planning on doing the sea-foam thru the intake and replace the plugs
im on rock auto website purchasing a few other things and figured id put some plugs on the order aswell

any suggestions?

oh by the way they sell motorcraft PCV for $8.79

use motorcraft thats what they are made for
 






I had looked hard into this before I changed my spark plugs. I would never go back to Motorcraft - picture below shows why (90k miles on the truck). THREE of them broke like that. Be careful, soak it with PB blaster two days in a row before you try this.
Motorcraft original plugs where a bad design, now they have other ones in place, but still they have the same short thread and flat sides - necessary for the automatic insertion tools in the factory, but bad for collecting rust. Notice the short thread and rusted cylindrical part that was locking them in place - in the last picture.
The best match (for heat range and for the necessary dual platinum) I found is Autolite XP104.
They run great on the 5.0L V8.

Used Autolite Double Platinums this summer as well.
