To start, I'm not to good with cars so I hope I make sense.

Earlier today I started my enginge, and it shut off immediatly and a puff of white smoke came out of my engine. I opened my hood, and I found that in the back near the top a plug came off. I reconnected the plug and started driving back home when I noticed that whenever I stop my car starts to buck almost as if the enginge is about to jump out. I also noticed that were I reconnected the plug there was a similar valve that keeps sucking in air. And ideas? Do I make any sense?

Welcome to the forum.

Im not familiar with that years engine but if you post a pictuer of the valve maybe I could help. Or wait for someone who knows more about your year.

Yup your engine back fired and shot a few vacume hoses off. Take another look and i would be confident that you will find another hose no on.

Happens to me every few months or so

...^^^what he said X2...;)

Thanks! I'm going to take a look in the morning, how do I tell which hose goes to which valve?
