Hi,
I drive the same vehicle as Peter,
Explorer Limited White Platinum Tri-Coat,340A (Rapid Spec 302A) MY 2013 4WD with Blind Side Sensors
However, mine since to be "downgraded" to an Export Version of the Sync and I'm not able to use:
Sirius
Radio HD
Navigation
Vehicle Health Report

My Sync is "up to date" with the "out of US Version":
Sync Gen2 - V3.0.2
DA5T-14D544-AD
Status CI

Is there a way to get a US Version of the Update in order to unnlock such funtions in the vehicle?

Hi, DAFernandez!

The features you mention above are only available in select markets. Navigation has to be factory installed; SYNC Services Directions and Vehicle Health Report are only available in the U.S.
