Third row seat cover '11 Explorer

I noticed yesterday that my right side (passenger) third row seat cover is coming apart. It looks like the threads have split causing the cover to literally come off at the seams. I went onto Fordparts.com and noticed the cost for this side is over $500 just for the cover. I found it cheaper in other places like ebay but the question I had was is there any difference than the left side (driver). I ask this because as I search for other prices I notice the left side is significantly lower in price. What is different between the 2 sides that makes the right side so much more? Has there been a problem with the right side that it is in more demand? Both sides carry the same part number 63804

In the image it looks the same for both sides. i don't know why Ford would make one side more than the other.

I am seeing the same thing unless the side where both seats meet has cloth.
