I have a noise in the passenger compartment which sounds like an old-style baby rattle. It occurs when the vehicle is in motion at about 40 mph and faster. It sounds like it is coming from directly behind the instrument cluster. I have spent a lot of effort trying to locate it without success. The rattle continues to occur even with all of the following items removed -instrument cluster, radio, heater controls, light switches, driver side door panel, dashboard botton panel and stiffener panel. (There's not much left at this point!) I have inspected for any loose fasteners, connectors or wire bundles. I checked under the hood at the driver side firewall for anything loose. Everything appears to be properly secured. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS?
