I’m putting two new Dorman transmission line connectors on my radiator. What’s the best sealant to use for the threads please? One is aluminum and the other one is steel.

When I unscrewed the old connectors out, I saw the manufacturer has applied some sealant, which has protected the threads very well.

Thanks!

I used no sealer when installing my Ford rad and didn't need it but if you are going to, this should work well.
