torsion bar drop: results

hey guys, i just dropped my x by turning the torsion bar adjustor bolts. i turned the drivers side 7x and the passenger side 8x and got an immediate 1.5". the bolts were to the point of coming out. Im hoping i will get more once the suspension settles.... im gonna let it sit until tomorrow morning before i decide what size blocks to put in the rear. hopefuly i'll get the 2"+ i want.i drove it around the block a few times and took some nasty curves and u-turns.... i got 255/55/18 tires on it and there wasnt any rubbing so far.... i will post more tomorrow nite w/ some before/after pics..... then i'll go get an alignment monday morning

any suggestions on something i didnt do or mention would be appreciated, as i have no mechanical experience... my dad did this for me going on my instructions from what i have read here
