mark, what springs did ya get? i remember you sayin something about 2door springs
I got a new set of Duff springs (front).. I managed to do this to one my my newer 2.5" duff springs
For the rear, if I can get it done in time, I wan't to do an SOA.. I still have my factory springs lying around in the backyard (160k miles springs).
If they are too high (with the stock shackle) I'll try a shorter pack.. but I'm not sure if I'm willing to try a monoleaf yet...

Here's the thread where I talk about breaking the spring.. Needless to say, I won't gush their praises anymore (like like I used to).. Looking at the break I think it was a manufacturing defect. I'm going to send them an email with pics stating such and see if they do anything about it (I doubt it).
Their attitudes seemed to have changed some and they seem to be a small company trying to cut corners (they are even in a smaller office since we first got the lift kit back in 199x). One example is they advertise they spend time/energy/money on making a good box to ship stuff in.. They even show pictures of fancy boxes but this set of springs came in a plain box that barely survived shipping and the set of springs I bought 18 months ago (one of which broke) was in a box that looked about the same but had a simple James Duff logo on the box.

I really like the progressive rate that Duff springs have.. I haven't see others with it (and I'm not ready for coil overs)
Cybergasm was in the truck when I was going over some things and he felt how soft it rode.. I really like the Duff spring rate..

Sure... now you tell me about those.. I've only seen linier (sp?) rate springs before for the EB.
If I need coils again I know where I'll be buying them
