Dealer installed Version 2.11 today. Took 2 days with a few unsuccessful tries.

Previous version 2.8 problems :
Sirius browse function did not work.
One Black screen and 1 "system maintenance" reboot in 2 months.


Improvements :

Sirius browse now OK.

Speed improvements :

From Start button (engine start) to :

FM audio on : Stayed the same : 8 seconds
Sirius audio on : Improved from 12 to 7 seconds
CD audio on : Improved from 11 to 8 seconds

Reaction to voice command button : now 22 seconds

Nav loaded : now 26 sekonds
Nav voice guidance start : now 42 seconds (short route)

Phone connected (HTC Windows phone) : Improved from 20 to 15 seconds
Phone connected (iPhone4) : now 18 seconds (not tested on Ver2.8)
Phonebook Auto Download : On
Both phones have <100 contacts (only closest friends)

Reverse Camera : From engine start, immediate reverse engage, takes another 1 second to show image. (same on Ver2.8).

Phonebook Auto Download : On
phones has <100 contacts
