Vibration at 30 mph

In my 91 ranger 5 speed 4.0 i get a strange vibration at about 23 mph and it continues threw 30 mph then smooth ride. im thinkin either front d/s or u joints any ideas

could be pinion nut loosening

front wheels out of balance, loose ball joints or loose tie rods.
