Anyone know a good source of voltage drop specs for 2nd gen explorers? Specifically, battery to starter relay, battery to starter, ground side, etc. If the source is the factory service manuals, can anyone toss these my way, since I only own the Haynes manual?

Thanks

There should be very little voltage drop (if any) through any of those when not cranking. (in fact there shouldn't be any voltage beyond the starter solenoid unless you're cranking). When cranking, there will be a slight (i.e. less than 1V) drop from the battery to the starter terminal due to the resistance of the wiring.

There is no spec for the voltage drop. The current carrying capacity of the wires should be way more than sufficient to crank the engine. If you're experiencing enough of a voltage drop through the wires to prevent the engine from cranking, the hot-spot the resistance should create should be noticable by touch.
