Is there a guide / walk thru for replacing the timing chain tensioner (front) ?

Mine just started making that horrible slapping / banging / rattling noise.

1998 SOHC approx 125k miles.

Has had the intake o rings done but nothing on the timing chain.

I looked thru that whole message area and searched, but didn't find anything there.

Did I miss it somehow ?
