Washer Nozzle Lights

Just wanted to ask and see if anyone has installed Washer Nozzle lights on their X... I see those are the latest in lights now after sidemarkers came out.. And how much are they costing?? I think they look pretty neat... Anyone give an opinion about this...

i think they are kinda cool, but they are now being overplayed..... screw trendy style....go for true, i want them b/c i like them, not b/c everyone has them... i am going to get a duff bumper, billet grill, and clear corners and red and white and yellow strobes.... white in the headlites, red in the turn signals, and yellow in the reverse lights... they are going to alternate side to side.

I saw those at Wal-Mart or VIP Discount Auto, I think they were $15 or something. Looked pretty cool, don't know what they would look like at night. Let me know if you get them.

You can get them from www.fusevsl.com for $20 + shipping. The LEDs are really bright and they look pretty cool at night. They light up a good portion of the hood. A friend of mine has the red ones on his Nissan Frontier and I am going put the blue ones on my girlfriend's RAV4. I like them, but I have a 95 Explorer, so I can't use them.

I MEAN I TIED SAVING THE ORIGINAL NOZZLE BUT THEY ALL BROKE PLUS ITS A PAIN TO BOLT THE IN AND CRAP BUT ITS WORTH IT

Seriously. I think they are pretty lame. Use the $15 towards a tank of gas. It's more useful.

yea...... i dunno about washer lights on an X. by default i can't put them on mine because its a '95 but i'd save the washer lights for imports if it was me

Come now let's not Rice our Explorer's out its bad enough the Civic's have made them there pesonal driving lights. Just thoughts i would rather see nice big KC's on a Safari bar in my opinion.

Just so you know, those windshield washer nozzle lights are illegal in some places, so you should check on it before you get them

just to repeat what diablo said. In Maryland it's illegal to have blue or red lights on your car. I'm pretty sure it's illegal most places. It can be a hefty fine.

My friend has them on his Mazda Mx6, dont like them at all but he got his at walmart, they sell them at advanced autoparts, and auto zone if they have any of those around you. I think that he called them "cyber eyes" if that helps. They cost anywhere from $15-20 and the legality of them varires i think city to city, my freind hasn't got pulled over yet and he has blue ones. just my .02

Blue lights are for police... red lights are for Fire and EMS... those colors are illegal everywhere I think. Some police care some have more important things to do. But why draw attention like that... A cop that lets it slide one day, may bust your ballz the next. Depends on thier mood. I work at an Autozone and Ive heard it both ways from the police that patronize to the kids who try to return them because they got a ticket. The packaging says for show or offroad use only, not drive around distracting fellow motorists becaus it the thing to do this week. GET A CLUE
