What else do you drive besides a 1st Gen?

Chasing around a 2010 Pathfinder from work right now. I never could have imagined that a fifteen year younger car could be worse. My Navajo is more comfortable, corners better, and has more oomph (despite nominally 90HP less). Only nice thing about the Path: is has a better mpg, and a bit more trunk space.

I hope I get my Navajo up and running again soon.

Agree with you there, I love my Explorers despite having driven (and owned) many newer cars. They just can't come close to the Explorer. It is always funny to me when every time I give someone a ride, the first thing they say in the car is "OMG this is the most comfortable seat ever". Before they get in it's "That's original paint? And this is how old? No way I don't believe you."

Mine 1994 standard 4 door XLT 4wd (dd/toy)
Wife 1999 4 door XLT dd 2wd
2000 F150 Ex Cad 4wd Backup and hauling
1994 XLT auto 4 door Project rig (waiting on funds lol)

i mostly drive my 91 but once and a while i use the 01 Ram (moms truck) or the 97 blazer (dads SUV). niether comes close to the explorer, its more comfortable, easier to drive, handles better, and is the best in winter.
