So I am getting ready to replace the radiator on my 2006 EB v8. When I am there, I'll do the hoses, thermostat and the rad cap.

What pressure # cap, and what temperature thermostat should I use ?

Thanks

The NAPA brand THM 262 (195 degree F) will work fine (it is really a Stant thermostat) but the factory thermostat is 190 deg. F and the cap is a 20 PSI rating. Don't forget a new o-ring for the thermostat and don't over tighten the thermostat housing or you will crack it.

Looking at your vehicle specs. you might want to run a 180 degree thermostat if the primary use of the vehicle is with the plow attached.

Thanks Gibby
