Window Regulator Motor, Ford Explorer 2001 Sport

In dire need of help in " How to Install a Window Regulator Motor" on drivers side. I want to know how to remove the old Window Regulator Motor and replace it with a NEW Window Regulator Motor. I am NOT a car mechanic so PLEASE send PICTURES. I build custom computers...so I follow instructions very well.
The window is stuck and won't go up and I guess pressing the window buttons so many times...I burned the window regulator motor because it makes a clicking sound when I press the window button. Checked all fuses and they are good...the guy at the Auto Zone store said it could be the Window Regulator Motor.
Someone PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE !!

Ok, I'm also moving this to the 2nd gen sub forum. Your 2001 2 dr sport is more like a 2nd gen explorer, than a explorer sport trac.
