Well I have one of each, I pulled my factory one off my 95 replacing it with Yakima bars. I then took the factories off my 96 to put on my 95 to install a Yakima load warrior. So my 95 has and my 96 doesn't

How in gods name did you find it, it should be barred in the EF black hole. I can't even find posts i made 15 mins ago.
