Would driving another week with this leaking exhaust manifold cause any damage?

98 Explorer with 5.0 V8

Two of my exhaust studs are broken off, one on both far sides of the manifold. I've been driving it like this for about a week.

The parts I ordered to fix this won't arrive til next weekend. Will I risk damaging anything by continuing to drive it another week?

I'm not scared of carbon monoxide or emissions, I just don't want to damage my engine in any way.

Your oxygen sensor is going to potentially see more air then it’s expecting so it may throw a code and run in default mode… but that’s about it!
