Hi,i have a 01 explorer and i would like to add hid foglights any of u guy's know what kit i would need i seen one it was a 9006 conversion kit and do u have to cut any wires?

Depends what is included in the "kit". An hid bulb is just a bulb you would screw in like any other bulb so no cutting there... But they tend to need "ballasts" that convert the power to ac or something like that because the hids need more power.. But still they make those plug and play so you shouldn't have to cut anything.. But cutting and splicing is pretty easy if you need help let us know !

It's the kit come's with the ballasts and everything i know some say order the 9006 kit just wasn't sare if the plugs are the same
