Air Horns

I was cleaning out my garage this weekend and came across some old air horns. So i figured I would put them in X. Has anyone else mounted these under the hood and if so where? I took a quick look under mine and it seems kinda crowded to put two 10 inch horns and a compressor in...

I mounted the compressor where the stock horns were and shoved the horns next to the radiator. I'll take some pics when get home from work.

Like I said, the horns are just shoved in the area by the radiator. They are stuck and don't move without really pulling on them.

You can see the compressor is mounted to the bracket for the stock horns.

This hole was already there and it was a perfect spot to run the hose through.

Froader where did you pick those up at? Does it work with the horn on the steering wheel?

Pep Boys for $28. They have a couple different sizes. I originally got the smaller one, which is higher pitch (shorter horns), but upgraded to the louder/lower (longer horns) one. I almost got the Dukes of Hazzard "Dixie" horn from JCWhitney, but didn't feel like spending $80 on a horn.

I used the stock (+) horn wire and connected a ground so yes, the steering wheel button powers it.

Realize that yes, the video is funny, but they eventually got caught and were given an heafty fine. Air horns are actually illegal on passenger vehicles.
