PS Pump leaks all fluid HELP

Vibration in Steering at 70mph
Hey Explorer Community, I have a 2004 ford explorer with 64,000 miles. it's 4wd. For the last year or so I've noticed a pretty good vibration in the steering wheel once you reach 70mph and above. Death shake????

05 Mercury mountaineer griding while turning low speed

Ranger steering shaft
So while at one of the local salvage yards here I noticed that the ranger steering shaft is notably thinner than the explorers, so I got one and it has give a good bit more clearance at the headers. I think it's enuf to be able to clear non explorer headers, I will post pics of the size...- 96ex5.0

Serious Shaking Between 6-75mph
So, my truck shakes pretty good between 60 and 75mph. Over 75mph it doesn't shake so bad, just a little. Under 60, it doesn't really shake at all. I figured it is the alignment, but what else might it be?- Franky94

Steering wheel and ignition are locked on my 1999 Explorer.

Tie rods scraping body panel underneath feet after Bilstein shock upgrade.
