I was time pressed so I just sucked the reservoir dry with a pump from WalMart and refilled. I'll do it again this coming weekend. Ford designed the PS reservoir neck too narrow for a turkey baster which I had sitting ready to go for just such a purpose having done it on my other vehicles.

That works too. The fluid gets circulated quickly so another flush like that and the fluid will be good enough!
