What the hell am I looking at... the stock ends of the TTB radius arms hacked apart, and the tabs booger-welded to the link mounts on the Jeep axle mounted in single shear (allowing the whole thing to bend back & forth every time power or the brake is applied)??
That thing's a death trap.
At least the steering (what little of it I can see) doesn't seem to be hacked up too badly (I'm wondering if the piece of angle iron was simply to brace the weak Jeep tierod). I can't see enough of the trackbar bracket in any of the pics though... Looking at the rest of the engineering here, I'm scared to think what's going on there also.
You got some work ahead of you on that thing for sure. I'd swap all that crap out for some TJ long arms.
